This seems like an important piece of the Ubiquitous Content Management puzzle:

While some search engines let users save results from their site, Net Snippets allows users to save results from any search engine and any website in one convenient location."

Of course, it remains to be seen whether this particular tool is really that useful. One difficulty is that the more tools you add to your system the more complex your life becomes. The various tools you are trying to use might be proprietary systems that don't talk to each other.

But it's good that companies like this are willing to make free versions available for people to try out. I like to have a good idea what the user experience is like before I make a long-term commitment.
